RCS is looking for Behavior Technicians to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 3 – 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

The right candidates will:
Enjoy working with children
Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with high school diplomas and Associate's will be considered
Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
Be able to submit a transcript

Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician:
Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
Data collection
Graphing
Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and families
The hours are Monday – Friday within our Learning Center in Natick, MA. We currently are looking for staff who have experience or a desire to work with our older students on vocational assignments.
