- Communicate with customers regarding specifics of moving jobs
- Oversee accounting functions and manage accounts in QuickBooks (billing and receivables)
- Input all jobs into moving software (Supermove)
- Oversight of monthly commercial storage billing
- Oversight of off-site equipment ensuring all customers are billed, and all equipment is returned
