Salary Range: $130K – $180K
RCT Systems Intel Systems is seeking to hire an Agile systems integrator. Come be a part of our dynamic team!
Clearance: TS/SCI FS Poly clearance.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:
Translating mission and business requirements into system, application, or process designs.
Communicating with external development teams about requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
Monitoring project progress, ensuring scope and schedules are met, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Tracking actions from meetings, developing process flows, roadmaps, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Participating in hardware and software design reviews.
Preparing program control documentation and presenting it at management and technical review boards.
Preparing briefings and providing updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
Documenting team accomplishments and concerns.
Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience (or Master’s with 10 years). Additional work experience may substitute for a degree.
Strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and ability to prioritize workload.
Experience in team coordination, managing action items, and providing technical documentation and presentations.
Ability to convey complex issues clearly to senior leadership.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with project control gate processes and agile development models.
Ability to work independently and with large teams.
Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
Strong relationship management with stakeholders.
