RCT is seeking an experienced Applications Developer to join their Data Science Team. This role focuses on analyzing large datasets and applying AI/ML tools to identify duplicates and entities. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, a critical thinker, and passionate about machine learning and research.

Responsibilities:
- Extract and present data from various sources in a usable format, including automation.
- Use machine learning tools to create and optimize classifiers.
- Process structured and unstructured data, handling data imperfections.
- Validate data integrity for analysis.
- Propose solutions and collaborate with Business and IT teams.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Expertise in statistical programming languages (Python, SQL) and frameworks like gensim.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst.
- Knowledge of machine learning and operations research.
- Experience with R, SQL, Scala, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with data frameworks and tools.
