Our program specializes in Linux (80%) and Windows (20%) environments, involving virtualization, storage, networking, hardware, and data center management. Our team collaborates to create innovative and sustainable IT solutions.
The onsite Principal Systems Administrator will manage installation, configuration, maintenance, failure analysis and recovery, performance monitoring, data storage, and security of the data center environment. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (shell, Perl, Powershell, Python, etc.) and extensive Linux administration experience are essential.
Mandatory Skills :
- Architecting, deploying, and managing large Linux environments
- Software and hardware installation, configuration, and updates
- Server hardening
- Configuring NFS, SAMBA, and SAN
- System resource monitoring and allocation
- Script development for automation and monitoring
- System log auditing and compliance
- Problem-solving for hardware and software issues
- Documentation of configurations and maintenance history
- Implementation of system policies and updates
- Use of configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible)
- Network and system performance analysis
- User and group account management (Active Directory)
