- Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree or 3 years of software development experience.
- Approach: Must be ready to listen, learn, and contribute to the team.
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Proficient in SCRUM Agile methodology for software development.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including web applications and implementations.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages relevant to the project (e.g., JavaScript, Java, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, Ruby on Rails).
- Ability to design applications/databases based on user requirements and integrate with other systems.
- Skills in tracking and resolving programming bugs.
- Clear communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning and goal-setting capabilities, monitoring progress to achieve results.
- Ability to write effective requirements documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Experience in developing web services and applications using JavaScript and other related technologies.
- Experience in applying security patches, conducting security scans, and assessing vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of the application accreditation process.
