Salary Range: $150K – $200K
The Senior Technical Project Manager at RCT Systems is responsible for translating business needs into system, application, or process designs, while ensuring project scope, schedules, and deliverables are met. They act as a liaison between external development teams and stakeholders, monitor project progress, and track meeting actions. The role includes developing process flows, roadmaps, and preparing briefings for stakeholders and sponsors. The manager participates in design reviews and provides written updates on team progress and concerns.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.
Experience: BA/BS with 12 years or a Master’s with 10 years of experience. Additional experience can substitute for a degree.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven experience with project management, agile processes, and technical documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and lead teams.
Experience with Desktop OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and stakeholder relationship management.
