Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Architect with a strong background in SAP SD/LE to lead and design end-to-end OTC solutions. The ideal candidate must have 14 years of experience in SAP OTC processes, architecture design, and integration within large-scale SAP environments. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP OTC Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the end-to-end OTC process design in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Architect and implement SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution) solutions.
Design scalable, high-performance solutions for sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns management.
Ensure seamless integration with FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and TM (Transportation Management) modules.
Define best practices for Order Fulfillment, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Integrations.
2. Solution Delivery & Implementation
Provide technical leadership for SAP OTC implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Develop functional specifications and oversee the configuration of SAP SD/LE components.
Lead data migration, cutover planning, and testing for OTC solutions.
Optimize SAP S/4HANA OTC processes using Fiori Apps, APIs, and Embedded Analytics.
3. Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders to define OTC process requirements and align them with SAP capabilities.
Act as the SAP OTC subject matter expert (SME) and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP OTC operations.
4. Compliance & Industry Best Practices
Ensure SAP OTC processes comply with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements (if applicable to Pharma).
Implement best practices for Order-to-Cash automation, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and e-invoicing.
Support SOX compliance and ensure system integrity for order processing and financial transactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
β 14 years of SAP OTC experience with a strong focus on SAP SD & LE.
β At least 5 years as an SAP OTC Architect leading solution design and architecture.
β Deep expertise in SAP SD including pricing, billing, contracts, rebates, and credit management.
β Strong experience in Logistics Execution (LE), shipping, transportation, and warehouse integration.
β Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including Fiori, APIs, and SAP Cloud Integrations.
β Experience with EDI/IDoc processing, third-party logistics (3PL) integration, and partner collaboration.
β Strong understanding of SAP integration with FI, MM, and TM modules.
β Hands-on experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP OTC solutions.
