PartTime / Hybrid Registered Dietitian Position
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team allowing you to focus on delivering highquality patient care
Overview : This exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a flexible and rewarding worklife balance with a blend of inperson and remote work options .
Schedule : 68 hours per week 75% completed remotely via telehealth
Flexibility : Choose your days and hours. Only 1 onsite visit per month is required. The remaining hours are completed remotely via telehealth.
Facility Type : Skilled Nursing Facility
Compensation : $40.00$44.00 per hour based on experience with additional paid travel time to and from the facility
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments.
- Develop implement and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians nurses therapists and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations including those related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH).
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Monitor all residents for changes in weight weekly and / or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and resident outcomes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice.
