We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, providing outpatient telehealth services with a primary focus on general wellness, weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible, part-time position (5-15 hours per week), perfect for a dietitian looking to balance telehealth work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to clients primarily focused general nutrition guidance including but not limited to weight management, diabetes, heart disease and general wellness.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Educate clients on effective strategies for health management, behavior modification, and lifestyle improvement.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
- Licensure in the state of Florida required. Additional state licenses are preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition interventions for chronic disease management and general wellness.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage clients in a virtual environment.
- Proficient in using technology for telehealth consultations (Zoom, EHR systems, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telehealth or virtual client management.
- Specialized nutrition certifications, behavior change, or related areas.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
Hours:
- Part-time: 5-15 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
