Position Overview
As a member of our Support Squad, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to managers, accounting staff, and office leadership. You’ll manage various office functions, assist our associations, and ensure clients and vendors feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Front Desk & Phone Management:
- Greet guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming calls on the main office line and personal extensions.
- Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
✅ Administrative Support:
- Open, date-stamp, and distribute mail.
- Process and post client payments.
- Assist managers with daily tasks, including responding to emails, returning calls, preparing documents and maintaining files.
- Coordinate mailings and distribute notices, correspondence, and other materials to association owners.
✅ Office Operations:
- Manage office equipment, including phones, copiers, scanners, and postage machines.
- Handle customer account updates.
- Maintain organized administrative files.
- Distribute documents as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as requested by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, scanners, and postage machines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
