RdF Corporation is seeking a Customer Service and Contracts Support associate to grow sales and develop lasting customer relationships. Prior experience in manufacturing, or knowledge of electronics and sensor technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Contract Support associate:
- Provide support for Sales and Compliance departments by reviewing company compliance with government regulations and participating in the development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to related laws and regulations.
- Receive and process requests for quote (RFQ) and customer purchase orders.
- Update and maintain sales and compliance systems, files, and documents.
- Draft and review customer and vendor agreements.
- Support ongoing customer projects including preparation and submittal of internal and customer-facing reports and proposals.
- Prepare and design periodic sales and compliance department reports and procedures.
- Handle requests for assistance regarding interpretation of agreements.
- Project coordination between various internal departments.
- Support Sales department activities such as trip preparation, customer visits, marketing, and training.
- Function as the liaison between the customer, sales staff, management, production, and other company departments in supporting issue resolution regarding requests, orders, and accounts.
Requirements of the Customer Service and Contract Support associate:
- Successful candidates are energetic team-players and self-starters with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in the aerospace, defense and/or nuclear energy industries, as well as a good understanding of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain business issues is highly desirable.
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines, follow-through on commitments, and take corrective action if appropriate.
- This position is full-time, and offers competitive sales incentives and a desirable 9/80 work schedule.
