Key Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers in the selection process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles by proactively sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and technical schools to promote our early talent programs and strengthen our employer brand on campus.
- Coordinate and participate in university recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions to engage with students and recent graduates.
- Manage internship, co-op, and early career programs to attract high-potential early talent aligned with the company’s strategic needs.
- Talent & Culture Operations
- Support the T&C team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR paperwork, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general T&C questions, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate logistics for T&C events, such as trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and company meetings.
- Support the administration of employee programs, including benefits enrollment, performance review processes, and recognition programs.
- Assist in tracking and reporting T&C metrics, helping to provide insights on recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Candidate & Employee Experience
- Act as an ambassador of our employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Promote a welcoming and supportive environment, representing the company culture and values in all candidate and employee interactions.
- Continually look for ways to improve processes to enhance candidate and employee experience, working closely with the T&C team to implement new ideas and feedback.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR support, preferably in a professional services or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
