Here’s what you’ll do as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at RDI Corporation:

· Utilize telephone systems and technology to complete all tasks following all procedures accurately and promptly.

· Accurately document and summarize call content accurately for record-keeping purposes.

· Follow all required scripts, protocols, and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.

· Utilize knowledge base and training resources to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

· Appropriately de-escalate customer issues to the managerial team when necessary.

· Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements to ensure coverage during operational hours.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and sensitive data.

What you already have to be an awesome Call Center Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficient organizational, written, and oral communication skills, typing a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within hours of operation including onboarding and training period(s).
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers.
  • Tech-savvy. You’ll need know how to comfortably and simultaneously toggle between multiple computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, mapping systems (I.E Google maps) and client CRM systems.
