RDI seeks a professional who manages the daily operations of the company by overseeing multiple departments. They would be responsible for directing actions across the organization, direct managers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet deadlines as needed.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Consult with supervisorto make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations of business to ensure smooth progress.
- Supervise staff from Operations and HR and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the management of the physical office in Knoxville TN.
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Revise and/or formulate policies/procedures and promote their implementation.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

- Interfacing with outsourced HR company
- Interfacing and assisting in choosing PEOs, insurance plans, and 401k plan when applicable.
- Manage and keep company policies and proceduresup to date
- Quarterly meeting content and prep
- Bonus & Annual Review Process
- Maintain employee handbook and keep up to date.
- Maintain org chart.
- Daily HR functions
- Prepare board materials upon request.
- Drive implementation of company IT tools
- Oversee and manage company-wide projects (e.g. new software deployments)
- Manage NetSuite systems where applicable to operations
- Proven experience asDirector of Operationsor equivalent position
- NetSuite or similar ERP experience recommended.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
