Employees can progress to this level from the Business Support or Operations Career Streams by gaining knowledge in areas such as project management, financial analysis, supply chain management, customer relationship management, data analysis and interpretation, and information technology fundamentals.
Knowledge and Skills Required :
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-centric role.
- Understanding of principles, theories, and concepts acquired through a university degree or equivalent coursework, or requisite experience in Business Support or Operations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) for effective planning and execution.
- Financial analysis skills, including budgeting and forecasting, to support business operations.
- Supply chain management knowledge to optimize logistics, procurement, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel or business intelligence software.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and cybersecurity principles.
- Basic knowledge of the home care market and related equipment.
