What you will do :
Be part of our leadership team that will train and develop staff
Manage client work and relationships
Review and / or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns
Review and / or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients
What you need to bring :
5 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns
1-2 years of income tax return review experience
CPA license
CCH Axcess experience preferred
ProSystem fx Engagement experience preferred
Who we serve :
Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries
Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion
