Task Administrator

We are seeking a task administrator to join our growing company. As a task administrator, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that our clients and team of developers have all the necessary tools and information to be successful. You will also be updating customers, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of our team.

You will be responsible for assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
• Manage tasks in accordance with company standards
• Communicate project status to customers and development participants
• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
• Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
• Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans
• Maintain our work management software

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in office productivity (MS Office, Google Apps, etc..) tools
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Familiarity with warehousing terminology or operations is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
