Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and experienced Local Roof Inspector to join our team. This on-call position involves conducting 45-60 minute roof inspections or insurance adjuster meetings, one to two times daily, weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During inspections, you will be responsible for gathering all required photos using a provided checklist and noting any additional damage or services requested by homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Carry and transport ladders to inspection sites.
- Perform roof inspections according to a detailed checklist provided by the company.
- Identify and document any additional damage or potential services requested by homeowners.
- Communicate findings clearly and accurately to the team and homeowners as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to transport and safely use ladders.
- Comfortable with working at heights and adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Reliable availability on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Excellent communication skills to document and report findings.
- Familiar with Insurance work
- Have own truck to transport ladders
- Local inspector
- Highly Preferable if Osha Certificate but not required
Compensation:
Inspection: $150 per visit
