The candidate will provide general human resources related support in the areas of training development and delivery, needs assessment, requirements gathering, change management and communications management. Specifically, the candidate must be able to:
- Support Cognos Team training efforts, to include in person engagement and briefing and updating/providing online materials.
- Conduct proactive outreach and communications with Cognos user base, with targeted coordination to Cognos focal points, directorate HR staff, Cognos administrators and users overall
- Maintain and update Cognos reports used to display workforce data, both past and present, against projected requirements
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data via Cognos, create report templates for customers as needed
- Demonstrate a high level of client facing engagement, executive presence, diplomacy and able to negotiate the best solutions with senior HR leaders
- Conduct other related activities as assigned to support TACG and/or the HR Analyst occupation
- Implementing operational systems, processes, and policies
- Planning and defining the deliverable structure and content across multiple technologies
- Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
- Implementing practical solutions and methodologies
- Applying quality standards to work products
- Developing innovation and efficiency in order to increase performance
- Investigating problems using analysis, experience and judgement
Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with FSP required prior to consideration
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of work experience
- Demonstrated experience with COGNOS required
