These utility projects are in West Virginia.Job Summary:Project Manager will report directly to their RDR Division Manager.Job Duties:
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Oversees, instructs, operates and participates in the water lines, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utility lines as well as all fittings and required appurtenances. Must have general knowledge of installation, testing, and restoration procedures.
- Answertechnical questions from the onsite project manager.
- Lead production improvements for crews.
- Schedule daily work with onsite supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and customer and work through issues.
- Track progress, communicate schedule updates, and RFI's to the customer.
- Identify work outside of scope and bring to attention of division manager prior to work being completed.
- Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind.
- Coordinate subcontractor work and material deliveries.
- Typical work schedule 4 days/week with potential for 5-6 days if necessary.
