Job Description
Provides independent and objective assistance to the government. Derive requirements , perform technology assessments, develop acquisition strategies, conduct risk assessments, develop cost estimates, determine system specifications, generate analyses, testing and simulation to inform government decisions, author and present program briefings, and provide objective verification that system designs meet operational needs. Assist in the prioritization of advanced research and development projects as well as integration of emerging technologies in both existing products and prototyping efforts. Routinely leads conversations at the Service, Interagency, and Intelligence Community Three and Four Star Levels. Synchronizes JSOC internal development efforts across multiple assigned units and prepares product development efforts for transition to Capability Development Directorates.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree highly desired.
Desired : Master's Degree in relevant field. Project Management Certification (PMBOK); Scrum Master or Agile Methodology experience; Change Management. SOF experience.

Security Clearance : Position requires a DOD TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility. The government is willing to consider very qualified applicants with only a SECRET clearance.
