Your Role as a Lawn Fertilization Field Tech

As a Lawn Fertilization Field Tech, you'll be the frontline of our mission to save lawns. You'll diagnose lawn health, execute fertilization schedules, and interact directly with your clients. You'll be given the ability to make critical decisions that affect lawn health and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

You must have a valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record.

You must be physically fit. We walk a lot during the day, and you must be able to lift 50 lbs to do this job well.

We work Monday -- Friday. If it rains during the week, you must be able to work on Saturday.

You must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.

You must be able to pass a drug test if asked.

No felonies or DUI.

Compensation:

As a route manager with our company, you will earn $47,000 - $60,000 per year plus benefits. Your experience, customer service, work ethic, and quality will determine your pay. You are in control of your future income!
