Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving operations. Duties
- Safely operate various vehicles, including box trucks and vans, for transporting goods.
- Load and unload items using appropriate equipment such as dollies.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items during moving operations.
- Ensure that all items are secured properly during transport to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in moving, delivery driving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Familiarity with operating moving equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed based on operational demands.
