The variety of assignments provides an opportunity for you to positively impact the entire employee journey. You will work full time (40 hours/week) for 10 weeks from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025. Job Responsibilities: Review and create internal and external communications to support HR processes and optimize the candidate and/or employee experience Assist with talent attraction and onboarding to ensure adherence with regulatory and organizational requirements Work with people analytics and assist in reporting and trend analysis Contribute to the employee Learning & Development cycle (plan, design, facilitate, measure) Plan and execute an employee event Answer employee questions and educate the employees on available resources Help with additional general HR projects and tasks Your Promise to Us: To be considered for the Human Resources Intern role, you must: Be currently enrolled as full time student in a college or university pursing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or a similar field. Have an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later. Have experience working in groups/with a team to complete an assignment or task. We are Growing a Better World Together. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $22.00/hour This position is subject to the terms of Rabo Diversified Service's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
