A College Degree and experience in Customer service is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be Hardworking, Organized, Friendly, proficient at Multitasking, and Communicating. You will be required to manage multiple calls, requests, and remain organized throughout the day. This role is predominately remote and will you be provided the materials for client communication.
You will be required to commute for in person training as well as monthly team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Quoting both jobs and material for clients via phone and email.
- Manage and maintain schedules, ensuring efficient calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize computer skills to manage office tasks and maintain organized records.
- Assist with office management tasks, including supporting front desk operations and coordinating administrative activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
