Position : Senior Engineer
Responsibilities :
Lead small team of engineers, ensuring optimal performance and team success.
Define project priorities, set technical objectives, and create timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Take on additional engineering projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications :
10 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in metal component fabrication and assembly processes.
Hands-on experience with CNC wire EDMs, CNC grinders, lathes, and other machine tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers, management, and team members.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
Experience working with rare earth permanent magnets or materials with similar properties (such as ceramics or ferrites) is a plus.
Job shop and manufacturing ERP systems experience.
