- Bachelor's Degree in the content area or enrolled in a program leading towards obtaining such degree.
- Currently hold a Colorado teaching license or have licensure application in process with appropriate endorsement in Education or a valid Colorado Substitute Teaching License and enrolled in a program working toward alternative licensure

Description: Assist students with special needs or students that need additional support under the direction of a certified teacher. Will generally work in an inclusionary setting (i.e. least restrictive environment). Sterling is located in Logan County in the Northeastern corner of Colorado on Interstate 76 alongside the Platte River.
