In this role, you will reach out to warm leads (NO COLD CALLING!) of customers who have already been through the design process and just need an extra little push. - Engage with incoming leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Contact potential clients who have had prior consultations to revisit their interest.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored remodeling solutions.
- Discuss customer needs and present competitive pricing options.
- Address any concerns or objections to facilitate decision-making.
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to encourage conversion.
- Present and explain our services, features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
- Track sales metrics and work toward achieving monthly targets.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
