This position acts as a liaison between media buyers, creative, vendors, and franchises to manage the scheduling, delivery, and accuracy of media placements across various channels, including TV, radio, and digital. The coordinator ensures deadlines are met, assets meet specifications, and campaigns run smoothly.

This position acts as a liaison between media buyers, creative, vendors, and franchises to manage the scheduling, delivery, and accuracy of media placements across various channels, including TV, radio, and digital. The coordinator ensures deadlines are met, assets meet specifications, and campaigns run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic Management:
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of creative assets for media campaigns.
- Ensure all media assets (e.g., video, audio, display banners) meet platform/vendor specifications.
- Maintain a detailed traffic schedule to track campaign timelines and deadlines.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with media team and creative teams to ensure all materials are delivered on time.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors and platforms regarding asset delivery and specifications.
- Communicate any changes in schedules, deadlines, or requirements to the relevant teams.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve all creative assets before submission to ensure compliance with technical and Re-Bath brand guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of media placements by cross-referencing insertion orders, trafficking details, and delivery reports.
- System and Documentation Management:
- Use media trafficking software and tools to manage and track campaign assets and schedules.
- Maintain organized records of all trafficking activities, assets, and correspondences for auditing purposes.
- Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to asset delivery, scheduling conflicts, or vendor specifications.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth execution and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Invoice Reconciliation:
- Collect necessary documents: Orders, Invoices, trafficking reports and confirm details
- Crosscheck invoice details against Order o Identify discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and media team
- Reporting:
- Assemble reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Trend Identification: Ability to monitor trends and identify relevant marketing opportunities.
- Software Proficiency: Understanding of media buying software such as MediaForce, Callrail, Google Analytics.
- Educational Background: A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
