VP of Information Technology

This role is responsible for leading the full technology efforts of ReBath technology, including guidance and support for both Company and Franchise locations. The role oversees all corporate technology, including data applications and cloud, warehouse management and enterprise systems, network operations, site development and performance, project governance, and new programs.

Reporting to the CFO, the VP of Information Technology and a small team will manage internal systems and technology services. This is a unique opportunity to impact the future of the Re-Bath technology experience for employees and franchisees, delivering technology solutions in our operations and impacting the consumer experience.

This role will manage a staff whose portfolio consists of a suite of packaged applications, hardware solutions, and several additional components including project leadership in the delivery of business value through technology solutions. Specific accountabilities include:

• Provide technical, architectural, staff management, and delivery process leadership in the full application development lifecycle (design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain) at a program level.
• Own application roadmap, synthesizing new requirements with maintenance and resource constraints into implementable, quality-first releases and incorporating forward-looking technologies/innovations. Manage budget and service level expectations.
• Develop long-range vision and strategy regarding the use of technology in the franchise system, in partnership with Operations. Responsible for stewarding this strategy with direct team, cross-functionally, and across the ReBath system.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships and partnerships with the Franchisee community.
• Implement frameworks to ensure system improvements are successfully implemented and adhere to the IT Change Control process, code migration methodology and SOX controls/requirements. Project manage release deployments and micro release requirements and designs; release roadmap and shape/scope of releases at project-level
• Oversee architectures ? software and hardware ? related to Rebath Technology
• Ensure Technology implemented across the System can be efficiently/economically supported and deliver consistent operational and customer experiences.
• Outline best-practices/procedures related to implementing or managing Franchise Technology and outline direct team?s delivery and governance processes for approval.
• Approve new tools that align with the operational budget for direct and indirect reports to manage their functions.
• Own and lead system selection process including RFPs and proof-of-values.
• Execute on data strategy through development and maintenance of Azure data warehouse.
• Manage contract API developers and a team of four including IT analysts and network and system admins.

Position can be remote or onsite in Phoenix, Arizona or Atlanta, Georgia markets

What we expect from you

• Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 years of experience of complex technology delivery in franchise/multi-unit/retail organizations
• Proven/expressed knowledge of SQL server including logical and physical architectures and operational support models. Azure cloud knowledge preferable.
• Experience implementing emerging technology solutions in complex environment (e.g., Franchise system)
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence leaders at all levels, internally and externally
