Job Description:
As a bathroom remodeling Sales Closer, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales for bathroom remodeling projects. You will work closely with our production team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. We pre-set all our appointments to help make you more successful. No cold-calling, no door-to-door sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to discuss their bathroom remodeling needs.
- Present and explain remodeling options, designs, and cost estimates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the production team to create customized remodeling solutions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Prepare and follow up on sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of in-home direct to customer sales experience.
- Home improvement or remodeling industry related experience preferred.
- Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm.
- Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into sales.
- Independent, self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or another CRM a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
