What We’re Looking For:
A candidate with a high level of skill in remodeling or construction and excellent customer service. Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and install each job with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company installation processes and policies.
- Team Collaboration: Manage and divide job tasks effectively while working with your peers.
- Attend Plumbing School: Company paid training
Skills & Experience That Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Strong background in bathroom or kitchen remodeling, trim carpentry, plumbing, tile installation, drywall work, or exterior finishing.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to pass background checks, drug tests, and have a clean driving record.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in remodeling or construction fields.
- Clean Record: Must be able to pass background checks, a drug test, and maintain a clean driving record.
- Teamwork: Must be able to work with a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, employee position (not 1099).
- Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 annually.
- Work Locations: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding counties
