Responsibilities
- Perform concrete forming and framing carpentry for various projects.
- Execute caulking and fixture installation with precision.
- Engage in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed work.
- Assist in remodeling tasks, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Work with stucco applications and roof installations as needed.
- Install drywall, ensuring proper alignment and finishing techniques are applied.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in concrete forming, frame carpentry, caulking, fixture installation, construction painting, remodeling, stucco work, roofing, and drywall installation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
