Managing multiple calls and following up to ensure customer needs are met.
Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with teammates to brainstorm and share solutions for even better service!
Qualifications :
5 Years of customer service experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills.
Navigate CRM software and lead tracking systems with ease.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
Goal-oriented and ready to achieve stellar results.
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
High school Diploma or GED Required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
