The Field Marketing/Territory Brand Representative role is pivotal to ensuring the success of this partnership. By fostering relationships, engaging customers, and promoting services, this position contributes directly to brand growth and customer satisfaction in the Connecticut market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Re-Bath's bathroom remodeling services at Lowe’s locations in Connecticut.
- Build relationships with Lowe’s employees, customers, and management.
- Attend events, home shows, and community activities.
- Educate retail staff and customers on remodeling services.
- Maintain cleanliness of displays at retail locations.
- Travel within a 25-40 mile radius, covering 16-18 locations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, training, customer service, or promotions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone use.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday), 40-45 hours per week.
- Pay: $20-$22 per hour, with potential total compensation up to $60,000 annually (including bonuses and gas allowance).
- Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
