What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer/Remodeler position at Re-Bath?
If installing or carpentry is your passion, we’ve got the job for you! We’re seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional and technical-precise installations of our bathroom products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining company-issued tools, resources and materials in an orderly, safe manner, as well as updating records and paperwork for job files. The installer/carpenter/plumber will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback, direction and instruction is key.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older with previous carpentry and/or installment/construction/plumbing experience
- Direct in-home installation experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the company trade area
- Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
- Self-motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
- High school diploma or GED required
