What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Generation Representative position at Re-Bath?
We seek part-time Lead Generators/ Lowe's Associate Trainers to join our Team at Re-Bath DFW! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing company and product information and generating interest in a free consultation. This position also encompasses product education, training, and working side-by-side with Lowe’s Home Improvement associates to enhance their knowledge of Re-Bath DFW and teach best practices of lead generation and customer engagement (this is NOT a sales job).
This position requires much talking, standing, engaging, and strong communication skills.
This position works inside multiple Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores and special events throughout the Dallas/DFW Region (when applicable). Must be able to work Saturday.
- Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
- We offer guaranteed hourly pay, PLUS- monthly bonuses and monthly fuel/toll stipend
- Paid Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Generate and schedule quality leads to appointments for our in-home design consultants.
- Set up a table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you.
- Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers.
- Work with Lowe’s associates to assist them in fully understanding the Lowe’s/Re-Bath of DFW partnership including training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Energetic and engaging.
- Ability to build rapport with managers and associates.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Must have integrity and personal accountability
- Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
- Ability to operate an iPad
