Are you an organized, detail-oriented people person? We’re seeking an Office Manager to provide friendly and prompt customer service while also managing our franchise’s accounting, invoicing, and reporting. Must work well under pressure and be independently driven to complete assignments as dictated. Responsibilities include maintaining job lists, Ordering for the Jobs sold , sales, marketing and communications. Flexibility and active participation required to ensure the business’ smooth operation, from showroom coverage, lead generation, marketing, office administration and customer interaction. Knowledge of local and regional design trends, competitor strategies and product offerings a must.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older with previous accounting experience
- Direct office management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
- Self-motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed
- Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, Salesforce or other CRM a plus
- Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
