Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives of the installation team, including QC of shipments, product supply chain management, job safety, quality installations, customer experience and SYSTEM compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the team expert and resource for product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries.
- Manage the process of job scheduling by coordinating and verifying the materials for job installation. Schedule installation staff to complete the work as scheduled to meet the targeted weekly installation quota.
- Identify, establish and monitor Installer Key Performance Indicators including total jobs completed, customer service and job quality control.
- Periodic reviews and tracking of installation processes, performance, customer satisfaction, and job performance metrics with constructive feedback.
- Create collaborative culture of learning, progressing and installation success.
- Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product trainings and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resources.
- Manage installer supply inventory to ensure sufficient stock pursuant to work scheduled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Lead by example and generate positive customer reviews on periodic personal installations.

- Analytic mindset with accountant-like qualities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
