Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer/Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction, with expertise in remodeling and concrete finishing. Prefer plumbing license with remodeling experience. Must have dependable truck.

Duties

• Lead installation projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and to specifications.
• Utilize various power tools and hand tools effectively to perform installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Build, restore, and fabricate structures according to project plans.
• Ensure proper plumb and level installations for durability and aesthetics.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards.
• Train and supervise junior installers, providing guidance on techniques and safety practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any concerns or modifications needed during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing, remodeling, concrete finishing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction techniques.
• Previous experience leading teams or projects is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
