TITLE: Sales & Design Consultant
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Re-Bath of the Heartland is a locally owned and operated franchise of the Re-Bath national network, which is the largest complete bathroom remodeling company in the U.S. We have been in the home remodeling and manufacturing industry for over 40 years providing complete bathroom remodeling services. We are a team-oriented company, where the right person will make a difference.
ReBath of the Heartland is seeking a positive, high energy individual who is a self-starter. This person is responsible for learning and implementing the Re-Bath® Sales System, which also includes, meeting with customers, presenting solutions and our products, overcoming objections and closing the sale.
Qualified candidates must be professional and able to work independently to manage their time and customers with minimal supervision. This person will also work in a team environment within the office. Office time is required for paperwork as well as sales meetings, training and additional duties as requested.
ReBath of the Heartland will provide in-home appointments, no cold call lead generation required - evening and Saturday availability is required.
This commissioned position has great income potential for the right candidate, efficient and career-minded design consultants earn $100k . Top consultants have consistent 6-figure incomes.
In-Home sales experience is a bonus, but the right person with the right level of determination, communication skills & design ability can excel as proven from our franchisees nationwide.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive before the appointment time, make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations, establish a contract and close the sale.
Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos and calculate the cost of the project.
Prepare a sold job folder.
Participate in local, regional and corporate sales and product training and seminars in person, online and through various content delivery resources.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the General and Sales Manager.
Achieve company objectives in sales and various KPI’s.
Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to learn, master and implement the Re-Bath® franchise system tools, products, training, and resources.
- Attention to detail, highly organized and a strong work ethic.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed.
- Customer sales experience with “in-home” sales experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
- Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED required. Be 21 years of age or older.
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license/ insurance.
