Step into the Role
We seek a skilled Composite Technician eager to make their mark through expert hand lay-up of advanced composite materials and proficient in the vacuum bagging process.
Your Mission Includes:
- Mastering the art of hand lay-up for both Wet & Prepreg materials
- Expertly managing vacuum bagging procedures
- Exercising knowledge of specialized resin systems
- Hand-finishing intricate patterns and molds
- Utilizing precision hand tools for multi-faceted assembly
- Essential adhesive bonding expertise
- Collaborating in assembly ventures, focusing on detail and accuracy
- Upholding rigorous self-quality inspections
What You Bring to the Table:
- A year's experience with state-of-the-art composite materials
- Demonstrated versatility in fast-paced production settings
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in interpreting and enhancing SOPs
- Competency in measurement techniques using advanced tools
Work Schedule:
Immerse yourself in our Second Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m.
