Your Role: What We're Seeking
We are on the hunt for expert Composite Technicians versed in the nuances of hand lay-up composite materials, vacuum bagging, and precision hand-finishing operations.
Your Contribution:
- Master hand lay-up of composite materials, both Wet and Prepreg
- Execute vacuum bagging with precision
- Deeply understand resin systems like Epoxy and Polyester
- Hand-finish patterns and molds to perfection
- Craft with diverse hand tools for cutting, grinding, and fitting
- Apply adhesives with expertise
- Construct and assemble structures meticulously
- Conduct thorough self-assessments for quality
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 3 years specializing in composite materials (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass)
- Thrived in agile manufacturing environments
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong skills in interpreting and refining work instructions
- Proficiency with measurement tools: Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
- Hands-on fabrication talent
- Proficiency with hand tools for detailed finishing tasks
- Experience in adhesive applications and structural assembly
- Detail-oriented, ensuring high precision
