Ideal Candidate
We seek an inquisitive and dedicated professional to join us on-site at our Avon, Ohio location. The role of Quality Assurance Specialist focuses on quality foresight and thorough analysis to ensure projects align seamlessly with quality benchmarks and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute quality planning to align products with precise specifications
- Organize the compilation and sharing of project-related data following all relevant standards
- Draft comprehensive inspection reports and guide corrective action plans to maintain product standards
- Collaborate with team members to address quality discrepancies, reduce costs, and drive improvements
- Guide and help peers in creating procedural documents
- Encourage cost-efficient practices via the internal correction system
Your Contributions
- 3-5 years' experience in aerospace quality roles
- In-depth training in quality assurance processes
- High school diploma essential, some tertiary education advantageous
- Keen decision-maker for quality challenges
- Experience in direct client interactions
- Certified in AS9100 or ISO9001 quality control systems
- Expertise with Quality Measurement tools like CSM and SPC
- Proficient in interpreting engineering blueprints and manufacturing designs
