Your Next Challenge
Join us as a CNC Equipment Care Technician. Dive into a role where you'll apply your expertise to install, troubleshoot, and maintain vital production equipment, all while aligning with safety and productivity goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Master the art of installation and maintenance of CNC machines and plant facilities (think lathes, multi-axis machines, and beyond).
- Jump into action for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Display your mechanical prowess in tackling electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Navigate manuals and work orders like a pro to keep machinery in top shape.
- Diagnose, repair, test, and adjust - ensuring continuous operations.
- Keep CNC machines in peak condition with preventive care.
- Utilize a range of tools, from hand tools to electric meters, ensuring top-notch performance.
- Spot malfunctioning operations and escalate issues promptly.
- Commit to safety standards and maintain an organized workspace.
- Adapt to other duties as the workday unfolds.
Your Skill Set
- Technical degree essential; Bachelor's or Associate's in a relevant field preferred.
- 3-5 years in CNC machine tool maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DMG MORI, MORI SEIKI, Fanuc, or Siemens controls is a plus.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Comfortable with basic math and fluent in English communication.
