Who we are looking for 

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and world-class Vice President of Business Development who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in crafting the future of our engineering initiatives and driving our ambitious growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business development, with a passion for innovation and a talent for forming strategic alliances.

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. 

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strictly adhering to our high standards of excellence. 

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment with both direct and indirect reporting lines. 

• Successfully implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and competitive positioning. 

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with crucial collaborators, both within the company and outside. 

• Determine market trends and analyze competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. 

What you bring to the Team 

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage teams to achieve outstanding results. 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to excel in competitive markets. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. 

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. 

• A track record of successful execution in developing and implementing successful business strategies. 

 Location:

This will be a hybrid role based out of our Framingham, MA office
