• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
• 3 years experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Minimum 2 years experience with SQL

re: Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and analytically focused Business Analyst in support of our Reverse Logistics (RL) program. As a Reverse Logistics Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing metrics, dashboards and automatic solutions to support multiple initiatives within our global network focused on sustainability and recovery. Dashboard creation will support daily operations, track KPIs, and provide holistic performance measurements to be shared with internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in ensuring strategic commitments are made and operations are exceeding desired performance levels by using metrics to drive accountability and process improvements. To achieve this you will need to partner with the multiple project leads to align on business needs in order to continuously optimize our end-to-end supply chain.

Key job responsibilities
Working on a diverse project portfolio supporting Sustainability and recovery initiatives and strategy.

Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business teams, Operations, Commercials, Program Management and Finance leadership.

Coordination of global analytic roll-ups in support of project work and reporting as needed.

Create new pipelines for automation, reporting & analytic opportunities by analyzing and understanding key processes.

Document writing and presentations on key initiatives used to influence necessary business actions benefiting the RL Network.

• Experience with Data Visualization Tools and metric creation
• Experience with Python/ETL Automation processing techniques
• Experience using inventory management systems Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experience
• Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience creating and setting annual operating plan and presenting to senior management
