Independently licensed Mental Health Therapist / Professional Counselor
About the Role
Seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join a growing practice. You will have the opportunity to work with women, children, and adolescents with access to mentorship and support as you grow a therapy caseload. You can focus on your clients while your marketing, billing, EHR, and payment processing are handled by the company. You will have a fully furnished office space in a suite complete with a waiting room within a highly desired area of Columbia.

Job Description
The clinician will be responsible for conducting clinical intakes, creating treatment plans, providing individual therapy, and completing timely documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments and provide individual therapy sessions.
- Create and execute treatment plans with observable and measurable goals, utilizing evidenced-based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused CBT, or somatic therapies.
- Conduct weekly therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment practices.
- Maintain proper and timely documentation including assessments, clinical notes, fulfilling records requests, and providing documentation to clients as needed.
- Maintain a client caseload by responding to new client referrals and scheduling ongoing appointments with clients.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Seeking a candidate with mid to late-afternoon availability.
Once a caseload is established, maintain a minimum of 12-15 clinical hours per week up to a maximum of 25-27 clinical hours per week.
Compensation
As an independent contractor, you set your own earning power. Typical 60 / 40 split to start, with potential for growth. Rates range from $60 to $78 per clinical hour.
