What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Professional QP position at RE HEALTH GROUP LLC?
The Qualified Professional is responsible for providing direct psycho-educational services to the residents. The Qualified Professional participates in treatment planning meetings and is responsible for the coordination of each consumer’s treatment plan. The Qualified Professional provides basic case management functions such as : coordinate, ink, assist and monitor the educational, medical, mental health treatment, social and other non-treatment needs of the residents. The Qualified Professional is also responsible for the oversight of any emergencies and should be available by telephone or pager at all times. The Qualified Professional is responsible to perform the clinical, managerial and administrative responsibilities needed to maintain the operations of the residence. The Qualified Professional is responsible for the supervision of Associate Professionals and Para-Professionals at the residence. Work is mainly performed at the residence but may be performed in the community. The ability to adjust to changes with consumers and within the agency is necessary.
This position is under the supervision and guidance of the Clinical Staff and is subject to a performance review and appraisal at least once per year.
Salary : $40,000 - $48,000
