In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through our live chat platform, providing them with accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating a seamless experience in their real estate journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries
  • Assist clients in navigating our website and finding relevant real estate information and resources
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the live chat system
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive support
  • Stay updated on company listings, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance
  • Provide feedback on common client inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics set by management


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Proficient in using live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
